How can I confirm my order?
After you complete the checkout process and submit your order, you will receive an email and/or text confirmation. If more information or coordination is needed, we will also reach out to you via your preferred method of communication. If you have not received any confirmation within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to email us at suceltlicious.sweets@gmail.com.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
You will receive the address in your order confirmation email.
When can I pick up?
When your order is ready, we will send you an email with pickup details.
How does pricing work?
All items on the menu have a base price. If you choose to select extra add-on options, the price will automatically be updated based on the respective cost of each option.
Why can't I add a package to my cart (chocolate fountain rental)?
For the Chocolate Fountain Rental, you will have to submit the form that is on the page. For the Dessert Table, you can add any item you would like from the available options to your cart.
How do I add a theme to my order?
Adding a theme is very easy. All you need to do is use the "Special Requests" comment box when adding an item in your cart, and you can describe it there. If we have any questions from our end, we will reach out to you.
